How to Match Colors for Automotive Repair Paints
Car paint is different from other paints because cars are expensive and therefore have better functionality. The color matching of sedan repair paint is based on the "spectral color" manufacturing specification card. The color matching can be found from the color card, or according to the coating sample provided by the user. The specific steps are as follows:
(1)精確區(qū)分色彩，首先按色板上色，精確在規(guī)范光源條件下區(qū)分其“色相”、“明度”、“純度”，并依此確認(rèn)主色，底色以及其他必用的成色和調(diào)正“色相”、“明度”、“純度”原色色料。
(2)正確選色料，銨要求需配色彩涂料的尖型、種類及稀釋劑及輔佐料相配套運(yùn)用準(zhǔn)則，選擇功能優(yōu)良又經(jīng)濟(jì)的原色色料備齊待用。
(3)先調(diào)小樣后很多調(diào)劑，在無配色設(shè)備條件下更應(yīng)先調(diào)小樣，求得色料配比精確度，為很多調(diào)制削減糟蹋打下根底根據(jù)。
(4)調(diào)制步驟及辦法應(yīng)嚴(yán)格本著先主后次，由淺入深順序準(zhǔn)則，分配時充沛拌和互溶均勻。
(5)輔佐材料參加，要根據(jù)嚴(yán)格按份額參加相適應(yīng)種類，分配時當(dāng)令適量一并參加互調(diào)均勻。特別應(yīng)指出的是，調(diào)色漆是濕狀而樣板色是固態(tài)，所以漆色調(diào)后色應(yīng)比樣本構(gòu)稍淺，不可附近，更不可太深。應(yīng)比原色略淺，這樣待漆干后就會同樣板色一致，否則會太深。
